FANTA REAL specializes in the conceptual design and materialization of bridge projects and also produces prefabricated elements (ARCULYS beams, slabs, piers, columns, walls) according to the type and span of the bridge (an unsupported span of 100 m can be achieved with the said beam). For an average prefabrication plant with 2 prestressing beds of 100 m length each, 250 beds yearly are poured. That means 25 km of ARCULYS beams and about 70.000 m2 of bridge area yearly regardless of spans and structural systems. Productivity can be increased with the inclusion of more beds.
