The Arculys system is positively applicable to curved bridges. An important advantage of these beams is the fact that they are produced industrially in the factory, transported in smaller pieces or in one piece, and joined on site.
They have very good torsional strength in all phases (production, transport, erection and final section). With the joints between the partial pieces, the continuity of the bridge and the embedment to the piers is possible.
